What is cupping?

When muscles are over worked it can lead to knots. This is where muscle fibres intertwine causing inflammation, reducing mobility and blood flow - potentially causing pain. Using cupping, the muscle belly and the facia are lifted into the cup which relieves the knots, built up dead cells and old blood by drawing this to the surface, it is then naturally cleansed from the body as a result of the improved blood flow.

You’re trying to suck a pea through a straw. This is not easy, well it’s the same as knotty muscles and blood flow. 
The intertwined muscle tissue is the blocked pea and the muscle sheath is the straw. 
The cups pull the dead material through, the deep pressure irons out the knots and the body is able to function better due to the increased nutrient rich blood flow.

How do I know which facial to book in for

In our booking system there is a description on each facial. We do offer a 30 minute free consultation please book yourself in and we can discuss what your skin concerns are and the right path to take.

We have our listed hours below however if there is a time you’re needing before, after these times or even a Sunday. Please let us know and we will try and accommodate you.

I’m confused with what treatment to book?

How long do I need to leave in between massage?

Everyone is different when it comes to massage, depending on your body we suggest any time frame from 2-6 weeks however this is decided once you had your first appointment with us.

How long do I need to leave between having gels?

Accepted Answer

Gels should last between 2.5 weeks to 3 weeks however depending on your activites during this time frame can damage gel nails. Anything longer can weaken the nail. We do suggest having a break at some point but not neccearly.

How long to lash lifts last for?

Lash lifts last between 6-8 weeks however everyone’s lashes are different, this time frame can change but it’s just our advice and guide line that we go off.

How do I pay?

We have a card machine but also accept bank transfer before your treatment as long as you send us through proof of the transfer before the treatment goes ahead.

Cancellation policy

As soon as you know you can’t attend your appointment please let us know. We require at least 48 hours notice. We will send you a text reminder a day before your appointment. If this isn’t …. We require 50% of the treatment price to cover our cost of waisted time. If you don’t know notify us about your appointment at all you will have a red mark against your name which means on your next appointment you will be asked to pay half of your treatment price as a deposit.

Difference between express gel manicure and gel manicure?

Express gels is just a file and application of gel manicure. A gel manicure is where we push back your cuticles, remove them with a file and application of gels with a hand massage.

How long do I wait between waxing treatments?

Depending on the area, everyone’s hair growth is different but around 3-6 weeks.

After waxing am I left with marks?

Accepted Answer

After waxing you will be left with red skin on the area treated. Depending on the area it may break out in spots but don’t worry after 48 hours we advise you to exfoliate. Don’t worry we have you covered, you can shop our body exfoliator in our product section.

What treatments require patch test?

Patch test are a must for eyebrow tint, lash tint & lash lift. This needs to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment time. This can be booked via our booking system.
